This is a very bizarre car accident, because there was an old man riding a motorcycle and he encountered a car traveling through time and space and knocked him down, but the old man found that there was no road at all on the opposite side, all were storefronts, and he could not be found.  As for the car that caused the accident, only the witness's dash cam recorded a car that knocked down the motorcycle that the old gentleman was riding at a rapid speed.
